Processing

Orders are processed within up to 3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.

Any different production or made-to-order timeframe displayed on a product page will apply to that product.

Delivery

Standard courier delivery is estimated to take 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote or outlying areas may take longer.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, severe weather, strikes or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will notify customers of any material delay that becomes known to us.

Delivery details

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and ensuring that someone is available to receive the order. Additional courier charges caused by incorrect information or an unsuccessful delivery attempt may be charged before the parcel is sent again.

Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
